Located in Barr’d Islands, this property was originally used in the late 1800s by Walter Ford. It was passed on to his son Maxwell Ford and then to his grandson Allan George Ford. The stage was used for landing and salting fish, along with storing gear. The flake was used for drying fish. The sheds were used for storing dried salt fish and as places to mend and store gear.
