This stage was built by Patrick Cobb circa 1973. It was used to prepare codfish for salting and for storing cod during the curing process. It was also used for mooring Patrick’s fishing boat and for storing gear and other supplies. The owners received funding under the Fisheries Heritage Preservation Program to build a new crib and move the stage onto it.
