This building was built by Leo Broders to hold his fishing gear and supplies. It was originally a full 2 storey structure but the top section was removed by Mr. Broders in the early 1960s. To solve the problem of high tides, holes were drilled in the floor to allow sea water to run out. This was also a popular spot for the locals to gather and converse while preparing for the inshore fishery.
