This fishing premises was built by Peter Jenkins. After his retirement it was handed down to his son Ernie Jenkins. The premises was later sold to Sid Mitchell, around 1950. Mr. Mitchell then handed down the premises to his son Cecil, who used it until his retirement from fishing. In 2000, the property was purchased by Faron Clarke.
