Description

This stage was built circa 1950 by brothers Wash, Peter, Harry and Willie Ryan. It was used to tie up their boat, for splitting and salting fish and for storing gear. The walkway leading to the stage and the stage head were restored in 2007-2008 with the help of the Fisheries Heritage Preservation Program.
